Who we are

This policy is issued by Gossip Apps LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and it covers the website at gossipapps.com only. Our products (MotoGossip, TickerGossip, FortSeal, and HotSheetGossip) run on their own websites and each has its own privacy policy.

Information we collect

This site has no accounts, no sign-up, and no payments. The only data it produces is standard web server access logs, recorded by Caddy, our web server. A log entry contains your IP address, your browser's user agent string, the page requested, and the time of the request. We keep these logs for 30 days and then delete them. We use them only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.

Cloudflare

This site sits behind Cloudflare, which provides content delivery, DNS, and protection against abusive traffic. Cloudflare may process your IP address and request data as part of that service.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies, does not use local storage to track you, and does not run any analytics or advertising service.

Third parties

We do not share, sell, or send your data to anyone beyond the hosting and security services described above. Fonts, scripts, and images on this site are otherwise served from our own server.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. Because this site only keeps short-lived access logs, in most cases the answer will be that we hold nothing beyond those logs. We will respond within 45 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date and version at the top.
